July 1-31 – Cellar Dwellers at Coonawarra. Throughout the month, wineries will dig out some treasures from their cellars to offer visitors an opportunity to taste and buy rare, aged wine. Special events will also be a feature. Visit www.coonawarra.org for a full list of events at the wineries.

July 8 – Shirazz Jazz at Coonawarra. One of Melbourne’s premier jazz bands, Shirazz, specialising in hot classics from the 1920s and 1930s, will perform in Rymill Hall, Penola, 6.30pm for a 7pm start, $30 per person, no BYO. Tickets on website www.coonawarra.org.

The introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in South Australia will dramatically change the lives of 32,000 people with a disability, their carers and their families. For the first time, people with a disability will have real choice and control over the supports they receive to lead the life they want to lead.
